GDG is focused on high-end residential design projects. We design homes at any price point and style, but the more significant, highly styled homes have been where GDG has made its mark.

A. Unlike many home designers who relegate their practice to one "style" of home, GDG does not require their clients to mold to our desires. Still, instead, we design each house in a style and context suitable for the owner and the project's locale. Extensive training in all historical home styles, both in the classroom and professional practice, is evident in all our homes.

A. GDG offers complete design and planning services from site selection and study, preliminary schematic design, design implementation, and full construction documentation. We also provide site observation and consultation during construction. All services can be chosen A la carte to suit the owner's needs. Call or email for pricing structures.

A. The plan sets contain all four (or more) exterior views; foundation & footing plan; floor plan for each floor as applicable to the design; roof plan; multiple cross-section pages and structural details; framing plans; electrical plans per each floor; other interior cross-sections and details on a case by case basis. We may also incorporate structural engineering plans and HVAC design into our plan sets.
